[MacTUG] WCMS production sites database migration – July 23

What is happening? Migration of WCMS production (live) sites to their own dedicated database structure will begin Sunday, July 23. Point of Contacts (POCs) will be notified prior to their site(s) being migrated.

Why is this happening? IST is working to improve the stability of the databases that serve the WCMS.

When is this happening? Between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., beginning Sunday, July 23 and continuing on additional nights until all sites are migrated (approximately two weeks).

Note: POCs of sites being migrated on Sunday evening will be notified today (Friday, July 21) with additional instructions. Prior to each migration period, POCs of affected sites will be notified. The IST Notice Board will be updated to show the progress of the migration.
