Greetings. I am trying to unbind from from AD from the command line:

This systax should work

dsconfigad -remove -u aDomainUserName -p aDomainPassword

but it does not. Adding –force, ie
dsconfigad -force -remove -u aDomainUserName -p aDomainPassword

According to a few places, the –force just does it on the mac side without cleaning up the AD records (messy messy). I have written a little script to bind to AD and that works fine, I would just like to add an unbind portion but not if it leaves crud in AD

Any suggestions?
