[MacTUG] UPDATE: WCMS upgrade to 2.1.0 - September 13 - 23

UPDATE: The upgrade of responsive WCMS pilot and production sites will be restarted tonight, beginning at 7:00 p.m. All sites that were previously upgraded will be re-upgraded. No content will be lost during the upgrade.
The upgrade to pilot/production sites will occur during the following windows:

*         Wednesday, September 21 from 7:00 p.m. to Thursday, September 22 at 7:00 a.m.

*         Thursday, September 22 at 7:00 p.m. to Friday, September 23 at 7:00 a.m.
What you need to do before the upgrade begins: If you have a responsive site, please log out of your site and do not work on your site during this upgrade window. Sites will remain available to site visitors during the upgrade window.

UPDATE: The upgrade of pilots sites to version 2.1.0 has been completed but took longer than anticipated. For this reason, the maintenance window for production sites has been expanded.
The upgrade to production sites will occur during the following windows:

*         Thursday, September 15 from 7:00 p.m. to Friday, September 16 at 7:00 a.m.

*         Monday, September 19 at 7:00 p.m. to Tuesday, September 20 at 7:00 a.m.

*         Tuesday, September 20 at 7:00 p.m. to Wednesday, September 21 at 7:00 a.m. (if necessary)

Subject: WCMS upgrade to 2.1.0 - September 13 + 15

What is happening? All WCMS responsive "FDSU" websites are being upgraded to version 2.1.0. This release does not affect conference, publication, scholar or single page sites.
When is this happening? Pilot sites will be updated on Tuesday, September 13 from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 14. Production sites will be updated on Thursday, September 15 from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. on Friday, September 16.
What you need to do before the upgrade begins: If you have a responsive site, please log out of your site and do not work on your site during this upgrade window. Sites will remain available to site visitors during the upgrade window.
Important information: Newly embedded call to action (CTA) items will automatically update whenever the source CTA is edited. Note: nodes with existing embedded CTAs will have to be resaved before they are automatically updated.
