[MacTUG] Firefox headers outside printable space

Running the latest version of Firefox and using a Xerox WorkCentre 5335, the headers print outside the
printable space so only get the bottoms of the letters.
Current workaround is an older version of Firefox so don't want to get more convoluted than that
e.g. I know printing to PDF and scaling that would work.
