[MacTUG] Fix for crashing problem with Microsoft Office 2016 after installing on Mac OS X 10.12

Hi,

     If you have recently attempted to install Office 2016 on a Mac with 
OS X 10.12 or newer you may find that all the office applications crash.
I found the fix is to manually download the latest Mac Microsoft Office 
Update tool and run it to get all updates after installing office.
