One of the issues is that SIP is going to provide some issues regarding netbooting — https://derflounder.wordpress.com/2015/09/05/netbooting-and-system-integrity-protection/

I was wondering if ARD will still allow us to set netboot disks, but my testing with ARD (running on my 10.10 workstation) seems to be able to set a 10.11 client to netboot. I will try a full 10.11 workflow over the next little while just so I can see what trouble is waiting for me in the future ;-)
