[MacTUG] Last Tues of the month

So I couldn't spot an easy way to get Outlook or iCal to spit out the list for next year
and the Excel solutions were more of a problem but I stumbled upon
http://rosettacode.org/wiki/Last_Friday_of_each_month#UNIX_Shell
and was able to adjust that easily.

If anyone has an alternative meeting location, speak now.
