We are using VMWare Fusion under Academic license for the Faculty of Math.  This is good for Research and Teaching.  It is renewable annually.  I believe it is about $350 per year for unlimited licenses.  There is a campus version for $1,720 per year.  This cannot be used for any of our infrastructure services.  It does provide for most of the VMWare product offerings - vSphere Enterprise Plus, vCenter, vCloud Director, vCloud Suite, Workstation, Fusion

I’ve cc’ed Gordon who administers our licenses in case you’re interested in more information.

Hi gang

I was wondering how widespread parallels usage is on campus. I am wondering if we could pool our licences to get a better deal.

We have a 50 seat  licence for our labs and we probably have three or four other licences in our faculty.

If you don’t mind sharing who else uses Parallels out there?
