[MacTUG] WCMS upgrade to V1.11.1 - June 23

What is happening? WCMS sites are being upgraded to version 1.11.1.

Why is this happening? This is a maintenance release for 1.11, designed to fix issues found post-launch. A complete list of changes can be viewed at https://uwaterloo.ca/web-resources/news/wcms-version-1111-release. Note that some fixes have already been deployed.

When is this happening? Tuesday, June 23 between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m.

What is the impact: WCMS sites will be available to site visitors and content maintainers can continue to work on their sites as usual during this maintenance.
