[MacTUG] FORE is a four letter word

Yet again Apple updated Safari and Adobe is behind on their Reader plugin.
Using an older Safari, the Reader plugin handles the drill downs.
Updating Safari causes it to use the Preview plugin instead.
Updating Safari allows updates your preferences which won't work with the older Safari
so having two Safari's isn't an option.
Our workaround is to use our Windows Terminal Server for FORE until Adobe does an update.
Sigh.
