I've been working with the forms at
https://uwaterloo.ca/human-resources/employment/faculty/forms
and under 2011, one of the Date lines ends up under the signature lines.
Under 2016, it doesn't have that problem but the watermark (light grey logo background) is missing.
Workaround is File > Convert Document under 2011 and Save and then open in 2016.
Convert Document under 2016 doesn't help. (Convert Document updates document so no longer using Compatibility Mode.)
