[MacTUG] Create keyboard shortcut to launch screen saver

The challenge beyond finding an available keyboard combination is
that pressing keys deactivates the screen saver.

Launch Automator, create a Service, service receives no input from any application.
- Pause for 2 seconds.
- Start screen saver.
Save the service.

System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts > Services > General
Click to the far right of the service name and give it a combo.
Enjoy responsibly.
