[MacTUG] Mailservices server maintenance - April 27 - April 30

What is happening? Servers for Mailservices (the undergraduate student email system) will be physically relocated.



When is this happening? Monday, April 27 - Thursday, April 30 between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. each day (4-day maintenance window). This outage is between the end of exams and the start of classes to help minimize impact to users, and every effort will be made to reduce the maintenance window to a minimum.



What is the impact to clients? Between 20-40% of mailboxes will be impacted each day. Affected clients will not be able to access their Mailservices account during that time. It is expected that no email will be lost, and will instead queue up while the servers are relocated.
