[MacTUG] Cups.conf is evil in 10.9.5

I have had to hack the bejezzus out of it for the first time ever.

As I use an LPADMIN script to build some printers, and this runs when the user logs on, I have had to also remove  Add-Modify-Printer from cups.conf.

This is in addition to the other things I have needed to do.

To you, Mr Cups.conf, I thumb my nose at you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
