Hi Marlon,

As discussed, The Evidence Network is looking for technical support for its Mac and Blackberry users.  We're looking for someone who would be willing to come to our home office on an as-needed basis, likely for a few hours every few months. The kind of issues we need help with include the following:

- making sure the Time Capsule is backing up
- accessing Daylite (a customer relationship management tool) over the internet
- security considerations for files on Dropbox
- tips for effective Mac and Blackberry use.

The home visits would be arranged for a mutually convenient time.  We're located near the Waterloo campus.
