What is being done?  Outdated features will be removed from the SharePoint 2010 Content databases. The following features will be removed:
*  Absences
*  Absence Type
*  Candidate Feedback List
*  Candidate List
*  Expense Forms
*  Interview Calendar List
*  Knowledge Base Provisioning Handler
*  Project Tracking Milestones List
*  Requisitions List
*  Reservations List
*  Resource Types List
*  Resources List (75a0fea7-377d-4b4f-b864-984379ed0f42)
*  Responsibility Adoption List

Why is this being done? In preparation for migration of SharePoint 2010 to the new SharePoint 2013 infrastructure.

*        A number of SharePoint 2010 features are not supported in SharePoint 2013.

*        An earlier process inventoried these features and verified that they are not currently in use on active SharePoint 2010 sites.

When is it being done?  Saturday, December 7, 2013 between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. If there is the need to back-out of the changes, SharePoint may be down until 3:00 p.m. while a restore is done.

What is the impact to SharePoint users? SharePoint will be unavailable during this maintenance window.
