[MacTUG] FireFox 19 includes a built in PDF viewer

Bad news is that is based on PDF.js and has the same annoying problem that it claims the PDF
may not be displayed properly … you can get rid of it for the session but there's no "never show again".

I noticed that the latest version of FireFox now comes with a built-in PDF viewer, so a plug in may no longer be necessary to view PDF's in FireFox.
