[MacTUG] An invite for those playing with Mountain Lion (or Lion) server for authentication

So this is an open invite that is a follow up to the meeting that we had last week in MC2009

There are a bunch of us experimenting with Mountain Lion Server (or have some experiences with Lion Server). Let us form a discussion group and learn from our experiences.

So who is currently actively playing with either of these Server OSes? And what are your goals? Any obstacles?

I will start:

Who am I?
I am Don and I am playing with OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion Server.
What are your Goals?
I am hoping to replace (by September at the latest) my "Golden Triangle" setup for my Macintosh Computer Labs. A secondary goal is to start managing the many Macs coming into our Faculty that are owned my faculty members.
Any Obstacles?
I am not finding all that much great documentation on Mountain Lion Server and setting it up to do what I want it to do. Frankly I think one reason I have having a hard time is that they have not given it a snappy name like 'golden triangle'! Seriously, that really helped being able to find good documentation. I have found this to not be too bad for a start:

Another obstacle is that I have about half a dozen macs in my labs that cannot run Mountain Lion. I hope to have one lab running mountain lion by the Spring Term and replace these older macs over the summer, enabling full Mountain Lion by September.


So who our there is working with Mountain Lion in this way? (Or Lion for that matter)
