[MacTUG] App Store disassociation

I set up someone's machine and do all the updates which in 10.8 is all through the App Store.
How do I then disassociate my Apple ID with any of the updated software so that the end user
can then do updates on their own?

Even if the method set the software back to the initial state, that would be fine.
