Usually you right-click on the package and select Open which will then give you the option of running it that you
don't get by double-clicking.

(My favourite non-trust is the Firefox add-on pdf.js that is from Mozilla Labs. Doh!!)

Subject: [MacTUG] running the Bomgar client on Mountain Lion MAC OS

Hi,
When trying to get connected to a client running Mountain Lion via Bomgar a client will see a pop-up that the Bomgar installer software is not signed and as a result will not be run.

The solution is to open the downloads folder in Finder, then press and hold the control button while clicking on the Bomgar installer and choosing to open.
