[MacTUG] Mac Mail / mobile OS Mail app: "this message has no content"

FYI - I spoke to a person this morning and connected to them with Bomgar (Mac OS 10.8.2 and using uw's exchange email) who had multiple messages in their inbox that showed "this message has no content" in peek view, the preview pane, and when the user opened the message to try to view it.

Moving the email message(s) into another folder, then moving them back into the inbox fixed the problem.

Apparently the Apple mobile OS Mail app will occasionally also show erroneous "this message has no content" info. Viewing any folder other than the inbox, then returning to the inbox should fix that problem for mobile users.

Note: the problem lies in recent versions of the Apple email application, not UW's Exchange email server.
