[MacTUG] FYI: Adobe drops 32-bit Mac support with Photoshop CS6

The next version of Photoshop CS6, which is currently available in beta, will require a Mac running in 64-bit mode, which excludes any Mac that does not have a core 2 duo processor or better. Basically, if the Mac can run OS 10.7 Lion, then it should be fine.


As to the Windows platform, it sounds like they will make a special version of Photoshop CS6 for 32-bit Windows users, but it will be lacking some of the features.
