[MacTUG] Volume licences for educational institutions available in Canada?

Here is the response from the Apple rep:
Yes we have the volume licenses for OS X applications and we did have them in March too. 

I think the confusion here is that we do not yet have volume purchasing for iOS application. That is expected in the future date TBD.
