Hi there
A mac user is threatening to get an Android because he spends a fair bit of time in other countries on research. He was told that he could more likely pop a sim card (from other countries) into an Android, and be up and running. While I will shortly be buying an iPhone (finally do what everyone assumed I did years ago, haha), i do not know the answer to this one?

Is it easier to put a different sim card in an Android than an iPhone, or does it require jailbreaking either one?? If anyone knows the answer and get back to me promptly, that might save an iphone sale ;-)
