hi guys, has anyone used this? Is there something else that can be used to sync macs?

A colleague of mind recommended the utility in the link below for syncing between the macs. Also, right now I am not doing any back-up with the laptop and need to. It looks like this might be able to do that too. Kim will also need to be able to sync her systems and back-up.
