[MacTUG] Macbook Pro retina display - readability problems when using office?

Has anyone had any experience using Office on one of the new MacBook Pro's with a retina display?

I ask as it appears that the new screens might be causing issues with software, such as Office, that don't support the higher resolution of the retina screen. See article below as an example.
