[MacTUG] Mac Mail - Out of Office & primary SMTP address

Mac email can  set "Out of Office" setting for exchange email servers. However, when a user tries to use this with our exchange server/setup they get an error "The primary SMTP address must be specified when referencing a mailbox".

I searched and found that this error occurs when the configured e-mail address not precisely matching the address that Exchange has on file. This is likely the case here given we have the SMTP server addressed as connect.uwaterloo.ca and also connhub3.connect.uwaterloo.ca	

Anyone have this working?
