[MacTUG] App Store fun

The free Xcode/Developer install and the free update for iPhoto
are only available through the App Store now which requires a credit card
be entered for the account even though you want only free stuff.

describes how to do it without but only in an older version
and the older versions require you upgrade before connecting.
Sigh.
