[MacTUG] App store educational purchases

I tried Thursday - even setting up a new account

no luck at all

so I tried App Store support

and basically got pointed to the Hardware education store

useless!!!!!

Hopefully Rob is "listening"  or maybe someone can catch him at WATITIS 
tomorrow to get us an answer!!!!!
