[MacTUG] Blank windows in Preview

Well this is one of the stupidest bugs I've ever seen.
The console log gets filled with "invalid pixel format"
and "invalid context" errors by the way.
If there isn't an active monitor attached to the machine,
you get the blank windows. I just checked a server back
at 10.6.6 and same thing.
