[MacTUG] ical and cancelled meetings

Hi Glenn,
Not a 100% sure as I don't have a canceled meeting dialog box in front of me at the moment to confirm. I think this dialog box is coming from MS office. Do you have Outlook calendar from Office 2011 linked to your Exchange server or other? Icon is not one from iCal.

In general there is a background process which look at an event list. iCal updates the event list but other calendar programs run their own mechanism.
So I think the question is "Does anyone know how to turn of MS Outlook from Mac Office 2011 cancelled meeting reminders?"
