[MacTUG] DeployStudio remote control

I've got a machine sitting at the Workflow selector
under Activity in DeployStudio Admin and I try clicking
on the "remote control icon" just like it says in the
handout and it prompts for a password.
But the one in the handout doesn't work. 8-(

I tried opening up Terminal on the client and doing

sudo /System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/Resources/kickstart -activate -configure -clientopts -setvnclegacy -vnclegacy yes -setvncpw -vncpw VNCPASSWORDHERE -restart -agent

but that didn't seem to help either.

Suggestions?
