[MacTUG] Adobe Web Premium CS4 won't install on OS X 10.6 - solved

I managed to install the package by creating disk images of the DVDs  
and mounting and installing from them.

I had no problem with this.

As to why the software wouldn't install directly from the disks, I  
have no idea. One thing I did notice is that during the install a  
number of disk images were mounted and unmounted that look like "temp"  
disk images. See attached
