[MacTUG] Adobe Web Premium CS4 won't install on OS X 10.6

Before I spend too much time looking into this, I thought I would ask  
the group.

Where is the situation...

On a fresh install of 10.6 ( with all updates ), when I go to install  
Web Premium CS4, the Setup program starts up, bounces a few times, the  
DVD spins up a few times, and then the app just quits ( no error or  
anything else ).

Anyone seen this before? Anyone install this package on 10.6 yet?
