[MacTUG] Netrestore is dead, long live, uhh, Netrestore?

For you guys. I will comment. :-)

Just the same name. Similar purpose. Quite a different UI. Services
Mac OS X very well but no Windows or Linux deployment.

All these solutions rely on Mac OS X Server built netboot services so
they all have some base similar functionality. For sure old Freeware
Netrestore is gone. Hasn't worked since 10.5.6. I think many will
like new server Netrestore feature but it's really quite different
than it previous name sake.
Still others will enjoy DeployStudio expanded flexibility to handle
Multi OS deployment as well as some other bell and whistle used in lab
deployment.

Keep in mind there are even more choices as JAMF has Casper suite
which also does imaging plus many other items. Getting spoiled for
choice these days.
