Do you cleaned them with lint free cloth?  (How to Demo movie at URL)

If you don't have a lint free cloth you can get them from Campus  
computer service dept. PN 922-7742.
There is nothing special about this cloth over camera type, or type  
that ship with iPhone/iTouch.  Just a lint free micro fibre cloth.

This works for me with my mouse.
