[MacTUG] Generating forms in Acrobat Pro

Ran into a problem where one person could auto-detect fields
in a PDF and make it a form while auto-detect was greyed out
for another.  The difference was that the second person opened
it in Preview and did a save as ... Preview silently stripped
out some required information.  Doing a Print to PDF with the
original Word document retained that info.
