[MacTUG] Forcing documents to open with an OS9 app

I just upgraded a bunch of machines to 10.4.7 and
it changed the open-with application for a bunch of
documents.  If I change a document to open with an OS9
app, it works unless I hit the "Change All" then it goes
back to OSX app. Any ideas on a work-around?
