[MacTUG] Workaround for Parallels Desktop Problems on Mac Pro

for the Mac does not work on the Mac Pro. (it was mentioned here a 
week or so ago in the post on ars' review of the Mac Pro-Mike)

     When you power on the virtual machine you will get a kernel 
panic. I contacted Parallels support and a patch is in the works. No 
info on their main page or FAQ's yet. Also some work with Terminal

The workaround is down the first page of that thread (post by Tim 
Surgent of Parallels Team) with examples of switching OS X into 
legacy (32-bit) mode and setting legacy maxmem. (Replies to the 
workaround are included in later pages of the thread.)
