Hi,

Architecture has purchased to Xserves that I will be administering.
They will provide web, email, dhcp and file services for the
department. I will need to be trained in using these servers. We have
looked at Apple's site and "Mac Os X Server Essentials" is a 4 day
course that teaches how to set up and configure these machines. With
hotel, etc., it will be pricey.

Therefore, I have some questions.:
1) I have set up Apache, MySql and Postgresql servers under Os X.2.8.
Do I even need to take a course such as this, considering that the
guys in ES will hold my hands as I initial set them up?

2) As mac administrators, have you had formal training running
Xserves? If so, from whom and what was the course? If not, would you
have liked too have?

3) Can you suggest any other avenues to explore?
