What is happening? The Request Tracker (RT) system is currently unavailable. IST is working to resolve this problem and it is expected to be available again in the next 10 to 15 minutes. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Additional communication will be sent when the issue is resolved.
What is the impact? The RT user interface is currently unavailable. Any emails sent to rt at rt.uwaterloo.ca<mailto:rt at rt.uwaterloo.ca> will be queued and processed when the system is available.
