[Faccus] Skype Polycom VVX phone error warning – September 13

What is happening? Following the Exchange maintenance last night, some users are reporting error messages on their Polycom VVX 410/411 phones.

Who does this impact? This issue is only impacting some Polycom VVX 410/411 desktop phones.

What do you need to do? If you see the below error message, press the “Continue” button (pictured below) and then the “Sign in” button. If it does not work the first time, please follow these steps again. It is not necessary to enter any password data during this process.
