[Faccus] Incoming students Office 365 account activation

What is happening? Changes have been made to the instructions for Office 365 account activation<https://uwaterloo.ca/information-systems-technology/services/microsoft-office-365-education/getting-started-office-365> for new (beginning fall 2017) undergraduate students.
What is the impact? Before first year incoming students can access their Office 365 account for the first time they will need to change their password in WatIAM.
Why is this necessary?
* When applicants activated their WatIAM account, an Office 365 account did not yet exist for them.
* An Office 365 account is created when an applicant is changed to a student during the matriculation process.
* The WatIAM password needs to be synced with their Office 365 account.
