[Faccus] CallPilot voicemail email notification issue – May 4

What is happening? The CallPilot voicemail system was rebooted last night in an attempt to resolve an issue with email notifications not being sent. The reboot did not resolve the issue and the vendor is currently investigating.
When did this happen? Issues were reported in the morning of Wednesday, May 3.
What is the impact? Users are not receiving email notifications for voicemails from CallPilot.
