[Faccus] Reminder to renew licenses for ArcGIS, Labview and MATLAB

What is happening? Annual licenses for ArcGIS, National Instruments Labview, and MATLAB purchased in 2016 will expire and stop working on May 1. Renew before May 1 for uninterrupted access to the software. Renew before April 19 to be charged in the current fiscal year.
When is this happening? May 1, 2017. Deadline for 2016-2017 fiscal year is April 19 at 7am.
What is the impact? Licenses that are not renewed will stop working. If you have already purchased licenses for 2017 you can disregard this message.
How to renew: To renew visit the IST Webstore at https://uwaterloo.ca/ist/webstore. License renewal is a two-step process: Purchase the new license, and then Assign the license to the user(s).
Renew Early: The university's financial system is being updated and all account numbers will be changing as of May 1. You can renew now and avoid potential complications. In order to be processed in the 2016-2017 fiscal year your transaction must be placed before 7am on April 19.
Graduate Students: All graduate students must obtain permission from the account holder (principal investigator) and specify the account holder's user ID in the "Who authorized use of this account" field.
