Comment:        As a result of the previous failure on Feb 22nd of the CallPilot voicemail system, the vendor is requesting a manual failover of the servers so they can investigate and resolve the issues that were experienced on the primary server in the cluster.  This work is to also help determine why the system did not failover correctly during the problem last week.  The failover to the backup node will occur at 7pm tonight and if the system fails over correctly there will be no user impact.  This process should take no more than a few minutes.  If after the action is started it is determined that the backup system is experiencing issues, or not processing calls correctly, we will fail back to the primary node immediately and the vendor will be dispatched to come on site for further troubleshooting.
