What is happening? IST is creating a backup of your Microsoft Outlook signatures on your "N:\" drive (also called: homedrive)
When is this happening? Thursday, February 23 at 3:00 p.m.
Why is this happening? When a PC is rebuilt, or Office 2013 is removed and Office 2016 installed, a client's personal Microsoft Outlook signature files are not migrated. Since many have signature files they rely on, it was felt an automated backup should be done, so the client doesn't have to do this themselves.
Additional information: A copy of all personal signature files will be copied to the "N:" drive under a directory called "N:\Signatures.username.computername", where the "username" is replaced with your logon id, and "computername" is replaced with the name of your computer. Once the policy is applied, this will happen every time you logout.
