[Faccus] Switchboard issues – February 22

What is happening? IST is currently investigating an issue with the PBX that is causing some system wide intermittent issues and preventing any calls to the switchboard to be answered. Voicemail menus provided by the CallPilot service are also unavailable at this time. Additional information will be shared when available.
When is this happening? Issues were first reported around noon and are currently still ongoing.
