[Faccus] Microsoft Office365 authentication issues - December 2

What is happening? Users are currently unable to authenticate to their Microsoft Office365 accounts as a result of the SSL authentication certificate expiring. The certificate was upgraded on December 1 between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. but did not become effective. IST is working to resolve this issue.

When is this happening? The issues began at approximately 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 1.
