The following email will be sent tomorrow to current undergraduate students who signed up for a Microsoft Office 365 account directly through Microsoft with their @uwaterloo.ca email address.
You are receiving this email because you have an Office 365 account which you signed up for with your userid at uwaterloo.ca<mailto:userid at uwaterloo.ca> address. This was done directly with Microsoft and was not associated with the University of Waterloo. We are contacting you to alert you that this account will expire in 30 days (December 23, 2016).
What do you need to do?
* Sign into your @uwaterloo.ca Office 365 account at: https://portal.office.com, and login with userid at uwaterloo.ca<mailto:userid at uwaterloo.ca>. The password for this account may not be the same as your WatIAM password (e.g., for LEARN or Quest); if you don't remember it, it may require a reset. You can request a password reset by sending an email to request at uwaterloo.ca<mailto:request at uwaterloo.ca>.
If you have Office 365 OneDrive files that you need to keep:
* If you have not activated your @edu.uwaterloo.ca Office 365 account, you can activate your account now<https://o365tools.uwaterloo.ca/> and move your files to your new OneDrive storage before December 23.
* If you have activated your @edu.uwaterloo.ca Office 365 account you need to move your files from your OneDrive storage on your @uwaterloo.ca account to your @edu.uwaterloo.ca account before December 23.
If you have downloaded copies of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.):
